FULL BRAND IDENTITY AND WEBSITE - JB TRAINING PARTNERS

When JB Training Partners approached Bex Grimwood Creative, they were a new training provider business looking for a full brand identity and website to launch with.
THE BUSINESS - JB TRAINING PARTNERS
JB Training Partners are a training provider, with over 25 years Learning and Development experience. They provide training across a number of sectors, specialising in clearly defining business needs and create engaging learning programmes to inspire people and support in the delivery of business goals.
Having taken part in their Mental Health First Aid training myself, I can confirm that they are great at what they do.
THE INITIAL CONCEPT - INSPIRATION, IDEAS AND GROWTH
For their logo, JB Training Partners were looking for something that demonstrated new ideas, inspiration and growth. They needed a logo that would look professional when embroidered on a uniform and overall looked friendly and professional.

THE DESIGN - CREATIVE LOGO DESIGN
Bex Grimwood Creative started by sending JB Training Partners a questionnaire with questions relating to how they wanted their business to be seen. On the back of these questions, I came up with a small selection of potential logo drafts that would bring their ideas to life. JB Training Partners were then ale to feedback on these ideas and a final option was chosen and developed further.
The plant sprouting in a lightbulb succinctly demonstrates everything JB Training Partners are about. It's also super recognisable and looks great embroidered on their uniforms.

THE BRAND IDENTITY - BRIGHT AND PROFESSIONAL
When coming up with the brand identity for JB Training Partners, I chose fonts that were super clear and easy to read - these are used across the website and also in training materials and presentations, so it's important that clients are able to read everything with no issues.
The colours, orange and green, were colours that JB Training Partners were big fans of, so we went with these as their main colours and selected a palette of complimentary neutrals for the rest of the branding.
Their brand colours also happen to match my living room, so personally I'm a big fan.
THE WEBSITE - RESPONSIVE, DIRECT, EASY TO CONTACT
JB Training Partners wanted their website to function as a space for people to be given an overview of their services, with a push towards contacting them for further information. It was also important to them that their testimonials be highlighted as they have worked with some really cool brands.
As a result, I was sure to give them an awesome, full width testimonials slider that really showcases their clients, as well as adding a super straightforward contact form to most pages on the website, directing people to get in touch if they were interested.
The website is fully responsive, meaning it looks great on both a desktop and mobile phone.

Overall, Bex Grimwood Creative had a great time working on this brand identity and logo design for JB Training Partners. They were such a fun client to work with and I loved bringing their ideas to life.
